Pocketsaurus ("the Service") is a personal finance application operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Indonesia. References to "we", "us", and "Pocketsaurus" mean that operator.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pocketsaurus is a personal finance tracking application that lets you manually record transactions, set budgets, track investments, manage savings goals, and share financial data with household members. The Service is offered globally and is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including enabling MFA when available. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with anyone outside of the household sharing feature.
Pocketsaurus offers a free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using paid features. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and is denominated in your local currency where supported.
Payments are processed by third parties:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly by default) until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
Subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights). To request a refund under such a right, email hello@pocketsaurus.com within the applicable statutory window.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not refund the current billing period; you continue to have access until that period ends.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into Pocketsaurus. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we secure it, and which subprocessors we use.
You can export your data at any time and delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone. Account deletion is irreversible.

Pocketsaurus is a tracking and budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any calculations, projections, scenario plans, or insights are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for personalised advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, financial losses, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under your local consumer-protection law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Subscription sections survive termination only for the purpose of any unpaid amounts.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, except where a contrary mandatory rule of your local consumer-protection law applies (for example, an EU consumer's right to bring proceedings in their country of residence).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
